CMIX is a pool of highly experienced senior practitioners who give companies of all sizes and also start-ups abroad the opportunity to set up their own production of various adhesives.
Our Vision
It is our vision to make a change from the decades-long practice of importing goods to build in such emerging economies their own reasonable production.
With the aim of achieving self-sufficiency by building up reasonable domestic production in the country in question, we contribute, among other things, to creating jobs and reducing CO₂ emissions.

PU Adhesives

Design and construction of complete production plants for the manufacture of solvent-based and solvent-free adhesives for laminating films for flexpack applications

Design and construction of a polyester production facility as an integral component of the aforementioned adhesive production

Laboratory for verifying locally available raw materials, e.g. polyester (if not produced in-house), as well as the individual production stages and their consistent release; application technology for verifying the manufactured and film composites
Interim Managment

Establishing a comprehensive administrative organization, insofar as this is desired, for example, in the case of a new business start-up

Production of Water-based Emulsion Adhesives

Formulations to the production of adhesives for numerous packaging solutions and paperboard composites, e.g. cardboard lamination, tube winding, folding boxes a.s.o.
Production of Labelling Adhesives for the Beverage Industry

Complete assembly production units in 1-ton, 3-ton, or 5-ton scale for all types of starch-, casein based adhesives and/or acrylate-based adhesives for applications on PET bottles, cans or, of course, glass containers
CMIX offers the know how for production (hard ware, e.g. equipment) and all necessary application/formulation know how (soft ware).
CMIX doesn't offer or sell raw materials or ingredients for the dedicated production units, but CMIX can offer reliable raw material suppliers world wide and can establish needed connections to the relevant partners.
The coperation with CMIX is based on the awarding of licensed manufacturing.
